Steve Bull joined the squad for training this morning ahead of his big day tomorrow.

The striking legend was sporting a new 'Bully cut' hair-do and has decided not to shave until after his guest appearance in his 20th anniversary game against Aston Villa (KO 3pm). Bully will be playing the first ten to 15 minutes of the pre-season friendly.

"I never used to shave before a match so I thought - for the sake of tradition - I'd get my old hairstyle back and leave the razor alone until after I've done my bit," he says.

 "Seeing the lads train this morning has really got me itching to go."

 "Everybody keeps talking about the 'Villa friendly' but there's no such thing as a friendly - especially when it's against your neighbours!"

The game will also be the first chance Mick McCarthy gets to see Molineux Stadium in action.

Mick toured the ground and met staff on Wednesday and is looking forward to getting his first taste of football at his new home.

"The training ground is great but the stadium is something different," said Mick.

"When I went around on Wednesday I really felt like I was back working in football.

"Meeting everyone and going out on the pitch was nice. It made me really look forward to the Villa match."

Jackie McNamara (thigh), Carl Ikeme (knee), Leon Clarke (ankle) and Seyi Olofinjana (groin) remain unavailable for tomorrow's game and Daniel Jones is likely to have to sit it out as he is suffering from a sore thigh muscle.
